  • Franchise investment

Andok’s offers franchise to both take-out store and dine-in store. For dine-in store the franchise fee is Php500,000 and Php300,00 for take-out store. Other investments or expenses to consider include construction, initial working capital, furnishings and equipment.

  • Term of franchise

Andok’s offers 5 years’ initial term franchise for dine-in stores and two renewals of 5 years. For take-out stores, the initial term is 3 years and two renewals of 3 years.

If you will franchise a take-out store, the required floor area is 40 to 50 sq. meters. The floor area requirement is larger for dine-in store so that it can accommodate 150 to 200 customers. The franchisee should look for location with high foot-traffic such as malls or community centers, transport terminals, business and commercial district.

  • Supplies

All the ingredients and stocks will be supplied by Andok’s facility marinated, pre-portioned and ready-to-cook. For take-out stores, a rotisserie machine with stainless steel chimney and hood as well as other equipment will be provided to the franchisee.

For dine-in store, the franchisee will receive the needed equipment, fixtures and furniture as well as the signage.

The franchisee will also receive an operations manual that contains the procedures and policies in running the business. The manual will be given after the payment of franchise fee and signing of franchise agreement.
